Thermotane Propane takes the health of you and your family very seriously. As an essential business, we are continuing to provide the same excellent service you have come to expect and have no plans to suspend our services unless directed to do so by the CDC.

How We Are Keeping You Safe

We have implemented strict social distancing practices to safely serve you during this time while doing our part to help flatten the curve.

Fuel deliveries: Fuel can be delivered to your home safely and easily without any face to face contact. Simply call to request delivery and pay over the phone. Our delivery drivers will leave the ticket on your door, ensuring your health and safety.

Service: Many of the services we provide take place outside of your home. Issues can often be diagnosed by looking at the regulators, tanks, and exterior gas lines which do not require entry into your home.

Installations: All exterior installations are proceeding as normal. Interior installations can be rescheduled upon your request.

Estimates: Our staff takes social distancing very seriously. If you need an estimate, we can provide that for you over the phone. Or, if you’d prefer us to come to your home, we are implementing the following actions to minimize contact:

  • No-Contact Estimate Staying 6 Feet Apart with No Hand Shaking
  • Emailed Proposals
  • Keeping Our Sales Staff Equipped with N95 Masks, Hand Sanitizer, and Frequently-Used Bleach Wipes

Propane Dispensing: If you need your propane refilled, rest assured, our staff is making every effort to keep you safe by practicing social distancing. Our on-site facility is fenced in and clean, with fully stocked hand-washing facilities for your use.

Keeping You Safe by Implementing Strict Employee Precautions

To better serve you, we are taking the necessary precautions with our staff as well.

  • Stay Home: Employees experiencing flu-like systems or who have been in contact with someone positively diagnosed with COVID-19 have been directed not to report to work and to seek medical attention.
  • Stay Safe: All staff members are encouraged to follow the CDC hygiene practices regarding hand washing, covering sneezes and coughs, and other common-sense precautions.
